Restaurants and bars

The hotel has four restaurants and a couple of bars, from a seaside pier restaurant to an Italian trattoria with a wine cellar.

Beach, pools and spa

The resort has a private beach and an outdoor infinity pool of about 535 square metres with Caribbean views and towel service.

The spa offers indoor and outdoor massages, and there is a fitness center.

Activities and entertainment

Scuba Du, the in-house dive operator, runs five custom dive boats to Cozumel’s reefs, most of them drift dives. On land there are two illuminated tennis courts, ping pong, ceramic painting and a putting green, plus live entertainment.

Children are entertained by professional staff, with supervised activities aimed at ages 5 to 12. In-room babysitting is available for a fee.

Beyond the resort, Cozumel is best known for the reefs of the Cozumel Reefs National Park along its southwest coast, which draw divers and snorkelers from around the world. San Miguel, the island’s only town, has a waterfront promenade, shops and local restaurants, and passenger ferries connect it with Playa del Carmen on the mainland.

• Consider another resort if: you want a large resort with many restaurants, a lively pool scene or a full kids club program.

Getting there from Cozumel International Airport

Cozumel International Airport (CZM) is about 4 km (2.5 miles) from the hotel. The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle, so plan a taxi or pre-booked transfer.

Taxis wait outside the terminal, but a pre-booked transfer means your driver is waiting with your name when you land. Allow a little extra time on busy cruise-ship days, when traffic around San Miguel is heavier.
