Every room is a suite, from junior suites of about 43 square meters to owner’s suites of about 180 square meters. Some suites have private or swim-up pools.

Restaurants and bars

Rates range from room only to all-inclusive. There are five restaurants: a main buffet and four a la carte options with Italian, Japanese, Mediterranean and grill themes. A la carte restaurants open for dinner and need a reservation.

Beach, pools and spa

The resort is about a five-minute walk from the start of the wide, sandy beach of Alcudia Bay, which has shallow water that suits children.

At the resort there is a large main pool, six swim-up pools, a quiet adults-only pool and a pirate ship splash pool with slides for children. An outdoor heated pool has training lanes in low season.

The spa has a heated indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, whirlpool and massage and beauty treatments, and there is a gym with natural light.

Activities and entertainment

Three supervised kids clubs cover ages 4 to 15, and there is a playground. Port d’Alcudia’s marina, the old walled town of Alcudia and the nature reserve of S’Albufera are all close by.

Mallorca’s main beach season runs from late spring to early autumn, with July and August the busiest and most expensive months. Spring and autumn are popular for hiking and cycling, with milder weather and quieter roads, while some hotels and many seasonal pools close or reduce services in winter, so check dates before you book.

Beyond the resort, Mallorca mixes the old town and cathedral of Palma, the mountain villages of the Serra de Tramuntana such as Deia, Valldemossa and Soller, and coves and long sandy beaches around the coast. Renting a car is the easiest way to explore the island.

• Best for: families with children of all ages, multi-generation groups and travelers who want an all-inclusive option near a long sandy beach.
• Consider another resort if: you want a quiet adults-only hotel or a beachfront property where you can step straight onto the sand.

Getting there from Palma de Mallorca Airport

Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) is about 60 km from the resort, roughly a 45-minute drive along the motorway to the north of the island.

Taxis and rental cars are available at the airport, and many hotels can arrange a private transfer. Summer is peak season in Mallorca, so traffic around Palma and on the main roads can add time to the journey.
