December to April is Miami’s dry, sunny high season. Summers are hot and humid with afternoon storms, and hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30.

Beyond the resort, South Beach’s Art Deco District, Wynwood Walls and Little Havana are a short drive away, and the Everglades make a popular half-day trip.
