What to expect on the day
You start from the beach at Lac Cai in a stable sit-on-top kayak with a clear bottom, a backrest seat and a dry bag. The guide leads you through mangrove shallows and tunnels, past 4 species of mangrove trees, bird habitats and fish nurseries, and explains how the plants and animals depend on each other. Then you snorkel at a spot known for its variety of marine life. Back on shore, you get fruit punch and a Dutch stroopwafel.
