Aerial view of a curved pink-sand beach and turquoise water in Bermuda

Bermuda is a British island territory in the North Atlantic, about two hours by plane from the U.S. East Coast, famous for its pink-sand beaches, turquoise coves and pastel cottages. Visitors stay along the south shore beaches, in the capital Hamilton, or near the historic town of St. George’s.

L.F. Wade International Airport (BDA) is at the east end of the island, about 20 to 40 minutes from most hotels. Visitors cannot rent regular cars, so taxis, buses, ferries and small electric rental vehicles are the main ways to get around. The Bermuda dollar is pegged to the U.S. dollar, and both are accepted. The warm beach season runs from about May to October. Browse resorts and tours in Bermuda below, from snorkeling and shipwreck cruises to island tours and caves.
