Grenada is a small island nation in the southern Caribbean, known as the Spice Isle for its nutmeg, cocoa and cinnamon. It has green, hilly rainforest inland, white-sand beaches and a colorful harbor capital, St. George’s. Most visitors stay in the southwest, along Grand Anse Beach, Morne Rouge Bay and Lance aux Epines, all within a short drive of the capital.

International flights land at Maurice Bishop International Airport (GND) on the island’s southwest tip, about 10 to 15 minutes from Grand Anse and most resorts. The local currency is the Eastern Caribbean dollar, and U.S. dollars are widely accepted. The drier season runs from about January to May, and hurricane season from June 1 to November 30. Browse resorts and tours in Grenada below, from snorkeling trips to the underwater sculpture park to waterfall hikes, island tours and chocolate and rum tastings.
