Ocho Rios Resorts & Tours

Ocho Rios is a resort town on Jamaica’s north coast, in the parish of St. Ann, known for Dunn’s River Falls, its rivers and waterfalls, and a busy cruise port. Most visitors stay at the all-inclusive resorts along the coast, from Mammee Bay and Dunn’s River west of town to Ocho Rios Bay and the quieter coves of White River and Tower Isle to the east.
Most international flights land at Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay, about 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours west by road. The small Ian Fleming International Airport (OCJ), about 20 minutes east of town, handles mostly private and charter flights. The local currency is the Jamaican dollar, and U.S. dollars are widely accepted. The drier season runs from about December to April, and hurricane season from June 1 to November 30.
