Beach, pools and spa
There are three pools: the Beach Pool, with zero-depth entry, a waterslide and a kids’ play area; the Villa Pool, with cabanas and bocce; and the quieter Hillside Pool. The hotel’s spa closed at the end of 2024, so there is currently no spa on site.
Activities and entertainment
A free water taxi takes about 10 minutes to reach CityWalk and the parks, and you can also walk or take the free shuttle. Guests get Early Park Admission of up to an hour, including at Epic Universe. Express Unlimited covers Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure, but not Epic Universe or Volcano Bay. There is also a game room and a fitness center.

Getting there from Orlando International Airport
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 15 miles away, a drive of about 20 to 25 minutes.
