Pools and spa
Mandalay Bay Beach has a wave pool, a lazy river, several pools and cabanas, and runs a summer concert series. Moorea Beach Club is a 21-and-over section. The beach runs at full capacity in the warmer months, roughly spring to early fall. There is a full-service spa.
Activities and entertainment
The Shark Reef Aquarium is on site, Michael Jackson ONE by Cirque du Soleil plays in its own theater, and House of Blues and the Michelob ULTRA Arena host concerts and events. The casino covers about 148,000 square feet.
Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit Las Vegas. Summers are very hot, often above 100°F, and winters are mild with cool nights.
Beyond the Strip, Red Rock Canyon is about 30 minutes away, Hoover Dam about 45 minutes, and Grand Canyon West about two and a half hours.
