Getting there from Cancún International Airport
Cancún International Airport (CUN) is about 40 to 50 minutes away by road, depending on traffic, as the Riu hotels are at the far north end of Costa Mujeres. The route heads north past downtown Cancún and up the road to Punta Sam. The hotel does not run an airport shuttle.
Book a private transfer in advance so a driver meets you at arrivals and takes you straight to the resort, with no waiting for a shared shuttle that stops at other hotels.
