Meeting point
Nikao Social Centre is a beachfront parking location, situated on the town side of Black Rock, and opposite the golf course. We meet at the Black Rock end of the beach parking area (as opposed to the town and food truck end). Look for the truck and bikes!

Pickups run from about 7:50 to 8:40 am, followed by a safety talk and bike fitting. From 9 am to noon you ride at a gentle pace around the Arorangi area, stopping for mountain views, local fruit and stories about island life, with a chance to swim.
