Beach, pools and spa
The resort is on a white-sand beach with loungers and umbrellas. There are several pools, a heated pool, a kids splash pad and an exclusive pool for Preferred Club guests. The spa has hydrotherapy and a sauna, and treatments are charged. Like much of this coast, the beach can see sargassum seaweed in some months.
Activities and entertainment
Explorer’s Club is for ages 3 to 12, and Core Zone is for teens aged 13 to 17. Guests can try kayaking, catamaran sailing and snorkeling, or play tennis, mini golf, pickleball and beach volleyball. Evenings bring live shows, theme nights and movie nights. Golfers get discounted green fees at nearby courses.

Getting there from Cancún International Airport
