Beach, pools and spa
The saltwater lagoon has waterfalls, a swim-up grotto, white sand and tropical fish, and snorkels, flippers and underwater scooters can be hired at the water sports kiosk. A freshwater pool has a children’s slide, and there is also a lazy river, hot tubs and poolside cabanas. Spa by JW offers massages, body scrubs and wraps. Surfers Paradise Beach is a short walk away.
Activities and entertainment
The Family by JW program includes kids’ cooking classes, harvesting in the JW Garden and beach walks. There is a 24-hour gym and a sports court, and bikes can be rented.

Book a private transfer in advance so a driver meets you at arrivals and takes you straight to the resort.
