LUX* Belle Mare is a luxury resort on the long white beach of Belle Mare on the east coast of Mauritius. It has 186 suites and villas: 174 suites and 12 villas with private pools.

Beach, pools and spa
The beach runs for more than half a mile along a protected lagoon. The ocean-facing main pool covers nearly 22,000 sq ft, one of the largest in the country, with an adults-only area and a children’s pool. The adults-only LUX* Me Spa has a sauna, steam room, hot tub and cold plunge.
Activities and entertainment
Free water sports include windsurfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, water skiing, wakeboarding and glass-bottom boat rides. Kitesurfing costs extra. On land there is tennis, beach volleyball, yoga and a fitness center. The PLAY kids club is for ages 3 to 11, and Studio 17 is for teens aged 12 to 17. Outdoor movies are shown on the beach.

Getting there from Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport
Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (MRU) is about 55 to 70 minutes away by car. The resort does not run an airport shuttle.
Book a private transfer in advance so a driver meets you at arrivals and takes you straight to the resort.
