What to expect on the day
You arrive at Finca 18 and start with a welcome cocktail. A guide then walks you around the estate and distillery to explain how agave is cooked and turned into spirits, and you can try cooked agave straight from the ovens. The visit also takes in a restored Mexican ranch and a gift shop.
The second half is the tasting class, with 5 or more pours of agave spirits curated by a Master Distiller and Sommelier. Each is paired with award-winning chocolate, guacamole and dehydrated snacks made at the ranch, with cold filtered water to cleanse your palate. Bottles and gifts are available to buy at the end.
